Bringing Your Whole Self - Religion, Parenting & Leadership

What will this event cover?

We’ll hear from a group of Muslim youth who are undertaking a Leadership and Management course with the Muslim Council for Wales and iLead to better understand the values they hold when seeking employment, leadership lessons and what Christmas means to them.

Also, we’ll hear from a Senior Manager at the NHS who is battling with striking the balance between being a good mum and a good boss. The event will end with networking and pizza.

Agenda:

6pm -  Equality, diversity and inclusion case study from the Managing Director of Yolk Recruitment, Pavan Arora.

6.15pm - Hear from the Muslim youth about what they value when it comes to seeking employment, leadership lessons and what Christmas means to them

6.30pm - Hear from a Senior Exec at the NHS - the battle of balancing being a good mum and a good boss

6.45- 7.30pm - Networking and pizza.
