You are invited to join a Fireside chat with Sam Huxtable, Founder and Managing Partner of Waterspring Ventures as part of our Meet the Funder series in partnership with British Business Bank.
Sam was previously a Portfolio Manager at Schroders, managing investment portfolios for private clients and charities, ranging between £2m-£100m. In addition, Sam was an equity analyst with a focus on UK & US technology names. After moving to an early-stage AI company and experiencing first-hand the scarcity and imbalances of UK venture capital, Sam founded Waterspring Ventures in 2021. Sam studied Economics at University of Birmingham and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside the office, he can be found on the golf course, squash court or passionately supporting the Welsh rugby team.
