GREEN TECH ZERO

The Green Tech Zero Programme is designed to support businesses that are developing solutions to combat climate change and reduce carbon emissions. We encourage SMEs who have green technology solutions that directly address climate change and carbon emissions reduction to apply.

1. SMEAssessment and Tailored Strategy: 

Each business on the cohort undergoes a ‘Green Audit’ - an initial assessment to identify your specific needs, challenges, and opportunities. A tailored fundraising strategy is then developed to address your unique requirements.

2. Business Development: 

The programme includes modules on business development, helping refine your value propositions, business models, and market strategies. This prepares you to effectively communicate your vision with potential investors.

3. Financial Readiness: 

You’ll receive guidance on financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. This ensures that you have a solid financial foundation and can confidently articulate your funding needs.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

You’ll learn about regulatory requirements and best practices related to green technology initiatives. This ensures that you navigate compliance challenges successfully.

5. Mentorship and Networking:

The programme offers mentorship from experienced professionals in the green tech. Additionally, you’ll gain access to a network of potential investors, industry experts, and peers.

The programme will run for 6 months and include:

• 1:1 support to create a decarbonsation plan


• Monthly peer-to-peer meetings for the cohort of green businesses


• Monthly workshops led by a subject matter expert across both sustainability and finance


• Social events hosted at Tramshed Tech Goodsheds, open to a wider network of industry professionals throughout the area
