AMAZING TEAM

I’m Sophie, Innovation Project Coordinator at Tramshed Tech. I support across our corporate, public sector and academic partnerships and in-house business support programmes such as our amazing Startup Academy. I have four years' experience in digital marketing and previously worked as an Account Manager. During this time, I honed my skills in; relationship management, stakeholder support, project management and strategic thinking. When I'm not pursuing my passion for supporting entrepreneurs on their growth journey, I can’t sit still, so you'll catch me dancing, at the gym or on the mat.

I’m Lizzie, Programme Lead at Tramshed Tech. I help founders grow and scale their businesses here in Wales. I have been proud to work on our female founder investor readiness programme, empowering women entrepreneurs to secure funding and achieve their growth ambitions. I love working with passionate founders to help them grow their businesses, build investor relationships, and connect them with our incredible founder network.

I'm Zein, Programme Manager at Tramshed Tech. I oversee in-house business support programmes and support across multi-sector partnerships. I have three years of experience in developing and managing startup acceleration and scale-up programmes. Outside work, you'll find me on a tennis court, delving into an entrepreneurship book, or reviewing a film on Letterboxd.

I’m Sian, Innovation Project Manager at Tramshed Tech. I support across our public sector programmes. I have 15 years of working in the digital industry, have working in the public and private sector and in this time ran some big scale projects for the Welsh Government. When I'm not project managing, I love spending time with my Son, Doing Yoga, Watching Rugby and anything to do with Musical Theatre.

I’m Hannah and I’m a Project Officer for a number of our projects, including Skills for Swansea and the Creative Cluster Programme. I specialise in operations, creating seamless processes and easy-to-use documentation. In short, if it requires a spreadsheet, I’m your girl.

Hi, I'm Gino, the Programme and Engagement Manager at Tramshed Tech. My primary focus is guiding new programme launches, ensuring the successful delivery of existing programmes, and stakeholder engagement. I provide ongoing support to tech startups and scaleups in Wales by encouraging connections and collaborations cross-sector.

I’m Sara, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Tramshed Tech, a leading tech incubator in Wales. Whether it's helping to connect startups with key stakeholders, referring them to relevant opportunities to help them on their growth journeys or simply being there to offer advice, I help support our tech startups at all points of their entrepreneurial journey. Hey, I’m Chloe - Tramshed Tech’s newest Programme Co-Ordinator. I’m lucky enough to support across a variety of our programmes. I have a BA in Performing Arts and a Masters degree in Arts Management, so I’m hoping I can provide some creative insight into our programmes, whilst also keeping our lovely cohorts organised. When my laptop closes down for the day you’ll either find me at a spin class or watching my absolute guilty pleasure - reality TV!
